  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 2 ¼ cups (281g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups (340g) Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until golden brown and nutty aroma, about 5-8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the browned butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
