Ingredients
Peeps marshmallows (chicks or bunnies) – 1 package (12 count)
Semi-sweet chocolate chips – 8 oz
Coconut oil (refined for no coconut flavor) – 1 tablespoon
Assorted sprinkles or crushed nuts – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until the chocolate is glossy and fully melted.
Hold a Peep by its head and dip the bottom half into the chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place the dipped Peep onto the parchment paper.
Sprinkle with decorations immediately while the chocolate is still wet.
