Easy high-protein chocolate yogurt bark made with Greek yogurt, cacao powder, and natural sweetener. A no-bake, freezer-friendly healthy dessert or snack that is creamy, chocolatey, and customizable.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (lactose-free if needed)

23 tablespoons cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (or stevia)

Optional Toppings

12 tablespoons peanut butter

23 fresh strawberries, sliced

12 tablespoons dark chocolate, melted

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Instructions

1. Combine Greek yogurt, cacao powder, and sweetener in a bowl and mix until smooth.

2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

3. Line a plate or tray with parchment paper.

4. Spread mixture evenly about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

5. Drizzle peanut butter and melted chocolate on top.

6. Add strawberries and shredded coconut.

7. Press toppings gently into the yogurt.

8. Freeze for 2–3 hours until completely firm.

9. Break into pieces and serve immediately while frozen.

Notes

Do not refrigerate; bark will soften.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer up to 2 weeks.

Use coconut yogurt for dairy-free option.
