Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the dough and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Roll up tightly.
  • Slice into cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before glazing.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cookies.
