  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in sour cream.
  • In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and powdered sugar for the streusel topping.
  • Use a cookie scoop to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Slightly flatten each cookie.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
