Ingredients

Scale

1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, softened

1 cup (246g) creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)

2 cups (214g) powdered sugar

1 cup (120g) graham cracker crumbs

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch fine sea salt

12 tbsp milk (as needed)

15 oz (425g) melting chocolate (dark or milk, for coating)

Instructions

1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2.

3. In a large bowl, combine softened butter, creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.

4.

5. Gradually add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Mix on low until a thick, crumbly dough forms.

6.

7. If mixture is too dry, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until a soft, rollable consistency is reached.

8.

9. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls using a small cookie scoop or your hands. Place onto prepared baking sheet.

10.

11. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until firm.

12.

13. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

14.

15. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into melted chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess. Return to the parchment sheet.

16.

17. Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, sprinkles, or drizzle with white chocolate before the coating sets.

18.

19. Refrigerate again for 15–20 minutes, until chocolate is firm.

20.

21. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Notes

Chill the peanut butter balls thoroughly before dipping to prevent them from falling apart.

If chocolate thickens while dipping, gently rewarm for a few seconds.

Use high-quality dark chocolate for a richer, less sweet version.

For a “healthier twist,” use natural peanut butter and dark melting chocolate.

Freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
