Oreo Rocky Road Slice
An incredibly easy, no-bake white chocolate rocky road slice packed with crunchy Oreo cookies and fluffy mini marshmallows, perfect for any occasion. This comfort-food favorite is quick to make and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for any family gathering or sweet craving!

Ingredients
Oreo Base:
200g Oreo Cookies
40g Unsalted Butter (Melted)
Oreo Rocky Road:
600g White Chocolate (Roughly Chopped)
240g Oreo Cookies (Roughly Chopped)
60g Mini White Marshmallows
Instructions
1. Oreo Base:
2. Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving two sides to hang over. Set aside.
3. Blitz the 200g Oreo cookies in a food processor until they become a fine crumb.
4. Add the 40g melted butter and blitz again until combined.
5. Pour the Oreo mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down evenly so the base is covered. Set aside.

8. In a large bowl, place 200g of the chopped Oreos and marshmallows and set aside.
9. In a microwaveable safe bowl, microwave the 600g white chocolate in 30 second bursts (Stirring in between) until fully melted.
10. Pour the melted chocolate over the Oreos and marshmallows, give a good stir so everything is coated. Pour rocky road mixture over your Oreo base and evenly spread with a spoon or spatula.
11. Add the remaining 40g of the chopped Oreos over the top of the slice and place in the refrigerator for an hour or until the chocolate has set.
12. Cut into 16 even squares and enjoy!
Notes
You don’t have to do the Oreo base if you would like to keep it really simple, just ignore that part and continue the recipe as is. The base adds an extra layer of crunch and flavor, but the rocky road itself is delicious without it too!
