Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
