  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, for coating

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • (Optional) Chill the dough for 30 minutes to an hour to prevent spreading.
  • Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough into the powdered sugar and coat evenly.
