Easy Shamrock Pretzel Bites

These festive Shamrock Pretzel Bites are the ultimate St. Patrick’s Day snack. Combining the crunch of pretzels with the gooey caramel of ROLOs and a pop of minty chocolate, they are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Ingredients

1 bag Pretzel sticks

1 bag mini Pretzel twists

1 bag ROLO candies

1 bag Green mint M&M candies (peanut or plain)

Instructions

1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. Lay the pretzel sticks out in rows of about 4 across.

3. Lay three Mini Pretzel Twists around the top of each stick to form a shamrock shape.

4. Place a ROLO candy in the center of the shamrock where the pretzels meet.

5. Bake at 300°F for 2 minutes until ROLOs are softened but not melted.

6. Press a green M&M into the center of each ROLO.

7. Freeze for 30–45 minutes to set.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Watch the oven closely; you only want the ROLO to soften, not puddle.
