These viral Chocolate Covered Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are the ultimate guilt-free treat. Featuring protein-packed Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, they are dipped in a crisp chocolate shell for a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

Strawberries, chopped – 1 1/2 cups

Plain Greek yogurt – 1 cup

Honey – 1 tbsp

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1 cup

Coconut oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

Mix chopped strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until fully combined.

Drop 2-tablespoon sized scoops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray to create 10 clusters.

Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours or until they are completely solid.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using a spoon to coat all sides.

Place back on the tray and freeze for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate shell is hardened.

Notes

• Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture and less iciness.

• Ensure the clusters are fully frozen before dipping, otherwise they will melt into the chocolate.

• Add a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of the wet chocolate for a gourmet finish.
